BEING IN THE HEART
The path of the Heart is one of the four pillars CreativeMeditation stands on. For a long time I misunderstood what living in the earth really means. I thought it meant to be good and generous, to obey, to avoid conflicts, to sacrifice myself to make someone else happy, to never put myself in the first place so as not to upset others. But, and I underline but, I was not feeling good, my heart was heavier and heavier, the body was becoming sick, and the desire to celebrate life had gone. Luckly I had an inner strong push to find out what was going wong, why I had so much pain, why I felt a kind of outsider, one cut off from life. I am so much grateful to all the teachers that showed me a new way of living. First of all I discovered that the Heart do want our own good. Our heart has the ability to accept and embrace ourself as we are without any judgement. It is not there to blame but it is there to give space to our feelings, our emotions, as fear, joy, sadness and to transform them. Putting our hands on the heart chakra, in the middle of our breast, breathing with awareness, we natyrally connect to the deeper part inside of our self. Letting us be as we are. For sure goodness and generosity are essential qualities any way the Heart has the capacity to say No to what hurts us, to protect ourself, to see with clarity what the truth is. Metaphorically, being able to shut the door when is needed is really fundamental because to let a door always open is as non having it at all. And with no boundaries we will be nobody’s territory. When we connect to the heart we feel more bright, peaceful and the other people will notice it, infact often we are asked what have we done to be so centered and calm. The strenght of the heart is endless because this chakra has the alchemic ability to transform energy, the capacity to give back to our energetic system that fertilizer that helps our inner garden to blossom. The path to Being in the Heart is an essential element of my work; I’m forever grateful to to dott.sa Aleria Martini, to my teachers Prasad, Leela, Alvina who trained me as Heart Meditation Teacher and S.B.H. therapist. Prasad and Leela directed for many years the Osho School of Mysticism di Poona, India, and wrote “The Alchemy of Transformation”, the most important book in this area.
