ABOUT MYSELF

My name is Viviana Kaveesha Di Russo. I have always trusted and felt to be part of something bigger and I always believed that happiness does exist. These feelings pushed me forward and inner research became a costant must in my life since 30 years ago. At the same time I enjoy living grounded in real world and life. I’m a director, screenwriter, journalist (www.bloomingpictures.com). CreativeMeditation is my top of joy because I can put in place the awareness and the tools that enriched my life and that I got in more then 30 years.

I was at University when I started psicoanalysis to deal with my critical issues. Later on, I felt to deepen my research; Bioenergy Therapy taught me how to free emotions trapped in the body, Gestalt how to observe myself from a new point of view. Infinite gratitude to Aleria Martini who drove me to the Path of the Heart.

On the 31st December 2009, so I took sannyas that sealed the researce of truth as purpose of my life. My thrust blow up and for more than fiftheen years I have attended courses and trainings held by the most valuable international teachers; they let me experience new tools as Family Constellations, Inner Child, Male and Famale Energy, Learning Love and Co-Dependency, Pulsation, Power of the Sound, Primal Painting, Dance Alchemy. The dimension that mostly fascinated me is the one about Energy and the Alchemy of Transformation because I found that the energy centers, called chakras, are the very first to determinate our espression and satisfaction in this world. I had the honor to be trained by Prasad and Leela (Wadud and Waduda) ed Alvina, undisputed point of reference in the so called Subtle World. In Italy nowdays there are about twenty certificated S.B.H. Operators in business according to the Mistery School in Pune, India, and a small number around the world, from Japan to Usa.

A spiritual seeker knows that the path of awarness is endless; in 2018 I became teacher of Meditation of the Heart. In 2021 I had the Path of Love process, and P.O.L. Assistant in 2022. In 2023 certification as Counselor, by Work With People.

My spiritual name is “Prem Kaveesha”, Empress of Creativity, in love.
