MEDITATION

I named my path CreativeMeditation because I wish to honor the preciousness of meditation: yes! Meditation has changed my life! And I do reccomand it to everyone. In the Western society, Meditation is not so popular yet and some people imagine it as something boring, ideal for those who have nothing to do in life. Not at all! I am a very busy woman and in my experience it is such a powerful and liberating experience that this one could be the reason way it isn’t yet as widespread as it deserves: there’d be a world full of energy, health and freedom.
I started meditating about 20 years ago thanks to Osho, (1931-1990) the Indian master who created specific meditation tecniques in order to awake us, the Western men, so much harness in the mind.

Meditation is one on the four pillars of CreativeMeditation and it’s the basis of every lesson or session. So, beyond the Osho tecniques (they can be practised on demand or in specific days) Meditation is a quality of presence that is always present. In the lessons I propose a progressive and creative approach to meditation, going to explore various techniques from time to time, tuning on the client’s needs.

Thanks to breathing, dance, catharsis, shaking, sounds, silence, his meditations allow the body to get free and the mind to slow down, finding back one’s own center and resting in the inner quite space. And this is a magnificent revolution, isn’t it? Then, thanks to my Heart Meditation teachers, Prasad, Leela (the giants that led the Mistery School in Pune, India) and Alvina, I learnt to log into the power of our energetic heart, able to embrace and to trasform our sensis, emotions and life itself.

From my experience, Meditation is an inner dimension that allows me to feel more present and more grateful. I’m ready to bet that, after a while, it will happen to you to be told that you have something different, to be asked what have you changed and if you have fallen in love. It would be the best to honestly answer: yes, it’s true, I changed, I fell in love with myself.
