CREATIVITY

Discovering the true meaning of the world Creativity is one of the most important steps of my life. As most of us, I imagined that Being Creative was connected to making art or anyway making something personal and beautiful. When around 35 years old I quit to interview stars in tv, I decided to open a small production company with my brother, and, being myself author and director, I imagined I had fully opened the door to my creativity. Despite the satisfactions I used to live in misery because everytime I had no ideas or they didn’t work fine, I was frustrated and I attacked my creativity.

It was exactly during a creative block, that I got a fax, from India, with my new spiritual name: Prem Kaveesha, Meaning: Empress of Creativity, with love. What? Osho was taking fun of me as soon as I have surrended to him? Well, for the first year I never used that name, then I started but timidly because I didn’t want to seem presumptuos. Finally, sometime later, I run into an Osho speech and I got that this name, Kaveesha, contained the opportunity for a quantic leap: Creativity has nothing to do with artistic skills, it is an attitude, and inner approach, an intrinsic quality of the heart; it can be always present, in each action, in each daily gesture and it can be within everyone’s reach.

Creativity is doing everything you do with totality, with participation and joy. Creativity means to be present at what it is, here and now, letting the mind to become more and more silent. It is meditation too.

Creative is the word that I chose to qualify CreativeMeditation: I commit myself to be total in what I do, with joy and presence, and I try to involve the client or clients to be the same because that’s the way to go beyond the expectations of the mind and fully enjoy ourself.
